1. Return Eligibility & Time Limit
We support a 60-day return policy for all products. Customers can apply for a return service within 60 days of receiving the goods if the products are unused, unopened, kept in original condition and packaging, and meet our return standards.
2. Refund Processing Cycle
After we receive and verify the returned products, we will complete the refund review and processing within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment account of the customer.
3. Return & Refund Rules
All eligible return applications will not generate any additional fees for customers. We strictly abide by the return and refund specifications to protect customers’ legitimate shopping rights and interests. Products that are artificially damaged, used up, or exceed the return time limit will not be eligible for return or refund services.
